Where it ships from
Orders are shipped by the official store from its fulfilment warehouse. Current delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Discreet packaging
UroFlow ships in plain packaging with no external product identification. Nothing on the outside of the box names the product or its category.
Delivery windows
These are the producer’s stated estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and customs inspections all move the date.
Free shipping
Every UroFlow package on the official checkout includes free shipping.
Tracking
The official store sends a tracking number by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then contact the store using the address on your order confirmation.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Wrong or damaged delivery
Contact the official store with your order number and a photo of what arrived. They handle replacements. We cannot.
